Return Policy


All returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To return an item, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging with all materials included. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer.

To process a return, please contact us at with your name, order date and order number. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us.

Please note we reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend being careful with your purchase as soiled items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

The cost involved in returning or exchanging an item to us will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer responsibility. We will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. We suggest paying for shipping insurance/tracking and packaging your items appropriately, so they arrive to us undamaged! Any shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.

Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, will email you with your store credit information. It may take some time before the credit is officially posted on your account. Please be aware that already paid shipping cost will not be refunded.


If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Contact us at with a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer a replacement (if the item is in stock) or store credit. After 3 days, the Return Authorization for damaged items will expire, and the item will no longer be eligible for an exchange.


If you are unsatisfied with your item and would like to exchange it for another, please contact us at Once approved, we will send you the tracking number for your new shipment and will quickly get your new items sent out to you!

With being an online retail store, Boutique Amore's products often sell out very quickly. If you need a different size, please go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same item and send the incorrect size back for a refund, make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. 


All Leggings, Accessories, Socks, Scarves, Hats and Final Sale items may not be returned. These items are FINAL SALE. Any discounts or promo codes greater than 30% off will also be considered Final Sale. If for any reason you return an item that was discounted you will only receive a store credit for the amount you spent, not the full price before the discount was applied. Not including shipping.
